Backyard fun

Who needs a nice backyard of grass to have fun? Not our kids!

Although we are going to get some grass in the next few weeks, the girls don't seem to care much. They still beg to go outside to play with the rocks and dirt. I am sure they will enjoy some nice soft grass when we get it, but for now they aren't complaining.

Look closely and you will see the two girls in the backyard of dirt.

Digging can be fun, even in hard dirt.

All Jayda needs is a paper grocery bag and some rocks to put in the bag.

What an awesome backyard, grass or no. I was especially surprised to see Jayda's long hair! It's gorgeous. Glad you guys are settled.

Wow...look at that huge house...and some dirt & rocks! There's something about kids and rocks that I don't understand. Tanner would be in heaven if our whole backyard was filled with rocks. He would taste every single one of them too!

Looks like a nice place. I love what you did with your basement. I think the kids will enjoy the dirt more than the grass-- its the parents that want the grass.

Looks like fun to me. You should turn on some water and let them get muddy.

Congrats Todd and Anna! I love hearing about all you're doing. I had a funny dream last night that Dan was moving back to MI for a residency. I miss that place, but it's good to be graduating and continuing onward. We miss you!

cute girls! I can't believe how big your backyard is. That will be so fun for the kids when they can play on the grass. Good luck in your endevours (sp?) there.

It will be fun when the grass comes, but you'd better save some rocks for Jayda. You can keep them in a paper bag. : )
